Try http://www.hznet.de/tools/generate-uniq-local-ipv6-unicast-addr.sh

Don't know if it's a correct implementation, but the output looks
reasonable ;-)

Thema: Tool to create RFC4193 addresses

Hi All,

Does anyone know of a tool that will generate locally assigned unique
local IPv6 addresses (RFC4193)? I am creating a test IPv6 network and
would like to assign the IPv6 addresses properly (read "as according
to to the latest RFCs").

I could create a tool but was wondering if one already existed.

Cheers

Dg
