Note that advertising the /32 is still required by the RIPE policy.

"c) plan to provide IPv6 connectivity [...] by advertising that 
connectivity through _its single aggregated address allocation_; and"

(emphasis mine.)

So, don't complain if folks filter out those more specifics.
