Try chapan at milwaukee.gov that should work.

But those are almost the same boxes anyway.

My short conclusion 2x + 4x are broken. The claim to be 9.3.1 which
should handle IPv6. But I also recall 9.3.x doing weird things when
trying to serve AAAA records, but it suddenly vanished again.

The 'ddns' part in the hostname might indicate dynamic dns...
