I contacted with AS4725/ODN, they said that they do not see the prefix
in their network.

ODN/AS4725 also checked their advertised-route to AS14277/NOKIA, there
was not the prefix, 2001:650::/32.

So..  How do you see the prefix in your network, NOKIA?
